Role-Based Access

Real-Time via Reverb
Messages appear instantly across all participants using Laravel Reverb WebSockets — no polling, no refresh needed.
Rich File Sharing
Send images, PDFs, Word documents, PowerPoint decks and plain text files — up to 20 MB per attachment, stored securely and served via signed URLs.
Admin-Managed Groups
Only admins create groups. They pick the dealer and the exact clients from that dealer's list — no rogue channels, no leakage between teams.
OTP + PIN Login
Users verify via SMS OTP on first login then set a 4–6 digit PIN for subsequent sessions. Rate-limited to 3 attempts per 10 minutes per number.
Full Admin Panel
A Filament-powered back office: manage users, create groups, monitor every conversation in read-only mode, and export chat history as PDF.

Admin creates the team
Register dealers and clients from the admin panel. Assign clients to their dealer. The structure enforces who can talk to whom.

Users verify & log in
Each user receives an OTP on their phone number. After verifying, they set a PIN for fast daily login — no passwords to remember.

Start chatting securely
Dealers message their clients privately or in the group. Files, images and documents flow instantly. Push notifications keep everyone in the loop.
